Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. is seeking a Logistics Load Planner to oversee day-to-day load planning across intermodal, truckload and LTL for multiple distribution locations in the US.

You will coordinate with customer service, warehouses and carriers to optimize service levels and costs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have strong Excel skills, and experience in consumer-packaged goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education.
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day load planning across multiple transportation modes.
• Coordinate daily planning and optimize customer service and operations.
• Resolve shipment or delivery issues with warehousing and carriers.
• Collaborate with Logistics to assess carrier performance.
