Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own intercompany accounting across global entities and drive consolidations and internal controls.

Reporting to the Director of Accounting, you will partner with FP&A, Tax, Revenue, and Business Technology to build scalable systems and streamline financial operations. You will lead the consolidation process in NetSuite, document technical accounting matters, and push for improvements in controls, policies, and audit

Qualifications

• US GAAP knowledge including ASC 810/ASC 830.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations.
• SOX compliance or audit-readiness experience.
• Experience with NetSuite in multi-subsidiary environments.

Responsibilities

• Own intercompany accounting across global entities.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and reporting.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, Revenue, and other teams on complex matters.
• Maintain consolidation processes in NetSuite with entity structures and new acquisitions.
• Document technical accounting matters related to consolidations and restructurings.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and close procedures.
