Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting leader to own intercompany accounting across our global entities, support consolidations under US GAAP, and strengthen internal controls.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax, Revenue, and Business Technology to build scalable processes and automation. This role partners with external auditors, drives consolidation improvements, and shapes the accounting infrastructure for a rapidly growing global tech business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, ideally combining Big 4 and software/tech experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 810, ASC 830) and multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience driving finance systems improvements and automation with NetSuite.
• SOX compliance or audit-readiness experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own intercompany accounting across global entities, including reconciliations, settlements, transfer pricing adjustments, eliminations, and foreign currency transactions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and financial reporting under US GAAP for international entities.
• Partner with Tax, FP&A, Revenue, and Business Technology to resolve complex accounting matters and ensure consistent treatment.
• Maintain and optimize consolidation processes in NetSuite, including entity structures and elimination rules.
• Research and document technical accounting matters related to consolidations, restructurings, and acquisitions.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and close procedures for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support financial statement audits and balance sheet reviews.
• Drive process improvements and automation across intercompany accounting, consolidations, and reporting.
