Job summary

GI Alliance seeks a seasoned accounting leader to manage the accounting department during integrations of new companies and to guide process improvements ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements. You will oversee acquisitions in NetSuite, maintain policies, and lead data validation for accurate reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, CPA preferred, with experience in PE-backed mergers and health care industry, plus Netsuite ERP expertise and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience leading PE-backed portfolio companies through mergers is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes and timing of new acquisitions in NetSuite and related accounting systems.
• Create and maintain detailed policies and procedures for new company integrations in the financial ledger.
• Perform general ledger and data validation to ensure data accuracy for financial reporting.
• Review purchasing accounting allocations, including goodwill, fair value of leases, and assets and M&A-related accruals.
