Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 global intelligence team supporting a key client. The Analyst will monitor the global threat landscape, assess emerging risks, respond to information requests, support investigations and incident response, and deliver timely intelligence to client stakeholders.

Working closely with Senior Analysts, the role involves daily open-source monitoring and analysis, with opportunities to develop intelligence tradecraft in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methods and tools.
• Excellent research skills with ability to digest and synthesize large volumes of information.
• Clear, concise writing in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work across time zones and participate in shift or incident coverage.
• Experience with case management or investigative platforms and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global events, online threats, and emerging risks to assess impact on users and reputation.
• Triage and escalate incidents according to severity framework and escalation protocols.
• Support Trust & Safety in monitoring platform-related issues.
• Respond to information requests with timely, well-sourced products and visualizations.
• Support incident response by collecting information and drafting updates.
• Conduct all-source investigations into people and events to identify risk indicators and timelines.
