Working closely with Senior Analysts, the Analyst will conduct daily open-source monitoring and analysis while supporting the client’s broader intelligence and crisis response requirements. The role provides an opportunity to develop intelligence tradecraft in a fast-paced environment where real-world events can directly affect the client’s operations, people, and reputation.

  • Support Trust & Safety in monitoring and responding to issues on or involving the platform.
  • Respond to requests for information from Trust & Safety and cross-functional partners with timely, well-sourced products, including data and visualizations where useful.
  • Support incident response by collecting information, maintaining situational awareness, and drafting updates under the direction of incident leads.
  • Conduct all-source investigations into people and events, including identity attribution, to identify risk indicators and establish timelines, following the intelligence team’s operational security standards.

  • Contribute to recurring intelligence products and maintain accurate records in the intelligence team’s case management system.
  • Participate in training, exercises, and drills that rehearse incident response SOPs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, investigations, research, trust & safety, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of OSINT methods and tools, and awareness of operational security practices.
  • Excellent research skills: able to rapidly digest, evaluate, and synthesize large volumes of information from diverse sources with strong attention to detail.
