Job summary

Coupa is seeking a Sr. Principal Integrations Architect to lead high-impact integration projects across Procurement, Supply Chain, and AP Automation.

You will partner with Customers, Partners and Product Management to deliver cutting-edge solutions and ensure successful on-time delivery of complex integrations. You will guide the Coupa Professional Services COE, drive best practices, mentor teams, and maintain strong executive-level relationships while expanding tall marketplaces of integrations

Qualifications

• Hands-on Coupa experience in implementation/consulting.
• 15+ years in Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Contract (consulting, SaaS, or in-house).
• Experience leading teams or global SaaS implementations.
• Strong client management with proven delivery of workshop management, successful & on‑time go‑lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead professional services projects with some of the largest companies in the world as the accountable design face (Solution Manager)
• Drive enablement on business process expertise and consulting best practices across delivery teams
• Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure quality in delivery from our teams
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates and tools to enhance delivery quality
• Collaborate with documentation and product management to share expertise for content & product
• Foster and develop relationships with customers' key stakeholders
• Develop & coach talent to meet customer success and ensure the right skills mix
