Job summary

Pavion Corp is seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit. You will lead integration programs, including M&A related changes, coordinating across functions to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Responsibilities include leading stakeholders from order to cash integration, preparing status reports for senior leaders, and establishing communication plans. Travel ~20% and work across time zones, including West Coast Time.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma plus 5 years in Program Management.
  • 5+ years' experience in an Integration type role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration programs across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from order to cash integration.
  • Report status to senior leaders weekly/bi-weekly.
  • Develop and maintain project communication plans and execution.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials for client turnover.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
  • Manage sourcing, procurement and vendor programs.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Individual should possess experience in the customers involvement pertaining to developing, identifying change management to support integration of M&A
  • Lead stakeholders from order to cash integration
  • Reports weekly/bi-weekly status of Integrations to Senior Leaders
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
  • Experience with sourcing and procurement and building a vendor program
  • Solid analytical and computer skills
  • Results-oriented, metrics-driven leader with expertise in purchasing, supplier collaboration, development, and compliance
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Support across multiple time zones specifically West Coast Time
  • Travel approximately 20% of role
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma; plus, five (5) years' experience in Program Management
  • 5+ years' experience in an Integration type role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master Black Belt
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding team building and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Visio
  • Strong computer skills based around project plan, smart sheet, and Microsoft platforms

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
