Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, risk management, economics, or related field.
• CPCU, ARM, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years in corporate insurance or risk management in a multinational setting.

Aufgaben

• Co‑lead global property and casualty insurances, including multiple lines, data collection, submissions, and bind orders.
• Manage day‑to‑day insurance activities, including certificates, reviews, and coordination with brokers and service providers.
• Oversee premium invoicing, cost centers, accruals, and intercompany charges reconciliation.
• Lead global premium allocations and intercompany back charges with Treasury and local finance.
• Support captive insurance governance, board meetings, and regulatory requirements.
• Review indemnification in vendor and supplier contracts and advise on risk transfer.
• Strengthen processes, reporting, analytics, and automation across the function.
• Educate partners on insurance programs and respond to inquiries.
