Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Risk Manager, Insurance to lead and build our global corporate insurance function. You will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce’s insurance programs, including risk quantification, financing strategy, renewals, claims, and governance, aligning with our global expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance experience.
• Deep technical expertise in risk financing structures and quantitative methods.
• Strong communicator who translates complex concepts for executive audiences.
• Proven track record leading AI-driven initiatives that modernize risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of corporate risk management including contracts, claims, policy administration and compliance.
• Design, implement and optimize global insurance programs across lines such as Tech E&O, Cyber, D&O, Property, GL, and International.
• Lead annual renewal negotiations, market submissions and broker performance management.
• Lead M&A integration into global insurance programs and provide post-acquisition support and claims management.
• Build and scale insurance risk management with governance, playbooks, and processes that grow with the business.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Health & Safety, and Corporate Security on risk initiatives including policies.
• Drive cross-functional AI-enabled finance automation and continuous process improvements.
• Deliver reporting on coverage adequacy, claims trends, and program performance to leadership.
