Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs to identify performance/learning needs and define deliverables.
• Lead end-to-end program design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• Manage timelines and approvals across development phases.
• Create visual learning materials that simplify complex information.
• Collaborate with Sales Education, Sales, and Marketing for global training programs.
