Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Senior Manager, Innovation Insights & Strategy to lead insights strategy and activation within the Global Innovation Marketing team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years insights & strategy experience.
• Experience on both consulting/client-service and brand-side preferred.
• 5+ years leading primary qualitative & quantitative innovation research.
• Proven success translating insights into winning innovations.
• Experience analyzing syndicated trends data (Nielsen/IRI/Mittal etc.) preferred.
• Ability to influence VP+ stakeholders across global and US teams.

Responsibilities

• Refine innovation insight capabilities and best practices with a validated framework.
• Establish annual and long-term learning agendas to advance innovation objectives.
• Activate demand segmentation insights with deep empathy for growth opportunities.
• Build project-specific learning plans from development to validation with key stakeholders.
• Identify unmet needs and trial drivers; ensure insights inform concept, liquid, packaging, and drink strategy.
• Integrate data, trends, and primary research to illuminate opportunities and tell compelling stories.
• Be a thought leader in the innovation and insights communities across global teams.
