Qualifications

• 7+ years of insights & strategy experience in a global organization.
• Experience on both consulting and client-service sides of consumer insights.
• 5+ years leading primary qualitative and quantitative innovation research with diverse methodologies.
• Proven success in translating insights into winning launches.
• Ability to build holistic learning plans and align multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Refine innovation insight capabilities and best practices with validated frameworks.
• Develop annual and long-term learning agendas to advance objectives.
• Activate segmentation insights, focusing on demand moments and growth terrains.
• Build project-specific learning plans across development to validation with stakeholders.
