Job summary

You will identify knowledge gaps, build learning plans, and drive learnings to action with senior marketing partners including the head of global innovation.

You will champion consumer-centric approaches, balance US-focused initiatives with a global lens, and help develop a robust 3-year pipeline across brands and categories.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading innovation insights & strategy in a global org.
• Ability to build learning plans & align with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with primary qualitative & quantitative research methods & AI in analytics workflows.
