Broadridge is seeking a senior technology leader to head Infrastructure Standards & Operational Management. You will establish standards, governance, and lifecycle practices across global infrastructure, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Finance to enable scalable, cost-efficient outcomes.

In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive FinOps and technology economics, and ensure clear accountability for architecture, assets, and retirement of legacy systems while

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise infrastructure architecture, governance, or related disciplines.
• Experience developing infrastructure standards and governance models across engineering and operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and private-cloud operating models, networks, compute, storage, virtualization, and automation.
• Ability to translate complex technical, operational, and financial information into executive decisions.
• Experience leading diverse teams and influencing stakeholders beyond direct reporting lines.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage enterprise infrastructure standards, reference architectures, non-functional requirements, exceptions, adoption measures, and lifecycle practices.
• Establish governance for major architecture decisions and standards exceptions, including ownership, actions, and expiration dates.
• Build reusable engineering patterns, implementation guidance, automation assets, and feedback loops to drive standards adoption.
• Lead Forward Deployed Engineering partnerships addressing modernization, automation, resilience, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee strategic infrastructure programs and projects with milestones, risks, and investments.
• Establish governance forums and reporting focused on material risks and outcomes.
• Lead asset, configuration, capacity, licensing, lifecycle, and decommissioning governance for reliable data and retirement of legacy tech.
• Lead FinOps and technology economics, providing transparency into costs and forecasts.
• Provide workload- and product-level cost insights to support decisions.
• Maintain accountability across architecture, controls, and supplier governance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team with evidence-based decision-making.
