Job summary

Broadridge in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex technology infrastructure initiatives from planning through delivery. You’ll coordinate across Business, Product, Infrastructure, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and scope.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to resolve issues, align teams, and deliver outcomes that support business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading sophisticated projects or programs.
• Experience managing large strategic technical infrastructure implementations.
• Proficient in MS-Project, MS-Excel and PowerPoint.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Scrum Master certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Developing and updating project plans and resolving issues across departments.
• Collaborate with Business and Product Management teams.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Business, QA, and Senior Management.
• Lead project completion for technology infrastructure initiatives with dashboards and metrics.
• Review projects for risks to timelines, budgets, and customer happiness; manage scope changes.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities; advise senior management.
• Track progress of multiple projects and drive urgency among collaborators.
