Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a visionary Head of Infrastructure Standards & Operational Management to define enterprise standards and governance across global infrastructure. You will lead architecture practices, Forward Deployed Engineering, and asset lifecycle, partnering with Product, CTO, Cyber, Finance, Procurement, and strategic suppliers to drive measurable outcomes.

You will steward governance for major architecture decisions, support executive decisions with data, and steer cost

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise infrastructure architecture and governance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and private-cloud operating models, networks, compute, storage, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with FinOps, asset data governance, and supplier governance.
• Ability to translate technical and financial information into executive decisions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage enterprise infrastructure standards, reference architectures, non-functional requirements, and lifecycle practices across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Lead a Forward Deployed Engineering capability and address modernization, automation, resilience, and observability.
• Oversee asset, configuration, capacity, licensing, lifecycle, and retirement governance to ensure reliable data and cost controls.
• Lead FinOps and technology economics with cost transparency, forecasting, and optimization for investments.
