Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a VP, Head of Infrastructure, Sell Side Capital Markets to lead platforms, networks, and teams supporting trading activities.

You will set infrastructure strategy, deliver secure, low-latency services, and ensure resilience under market stress, with executive-level governance and cross-functional collaboration across trading desks, product engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/infra engineering or platform engineering, fintech preferred.
• 10+ years leading engineering teams with budgets and governance responsibilities.
• Proven history delivering large-scale, business-critical platforms and modernization.
• Experience improving availability, performance, and incident readiness for high-volume services.
• Ability to establish governance with clear ownership and measurable metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set infrastructure strategy and roadmaps for trading infrastructure across data centers, networks, compute, and cloud.
• Deliver low-latency performance from market data receipt to order submission and venue ack.
• Lead high-performance networking, connectivity, routing, and market data delivery.
• Support trading workflows for pricing, quoting, hedging, risk, and order lifecycle.
• Define disaster recovery, failover, and incident response with executive visibility.
• Establish governance, service ownership, security controls, and vendor risk management.
• Partner with trading desks, product engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and operations.
