Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 12 years of infrastructure experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's.
• Experience leading a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines.
• Broad technical knowledge across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint, security, and IT operations.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental objectives, operating procedures, and planning.
• Oversee delivery of enterprise networking, cloud, data center, identity, endpoint, and server services.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines and ensure consistent practices and ownership.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM, governance, and budgeting; drive risk and improvement actions.
