Job summary

This executive role requires building operational excellence, managing 24×7 global operations, vendor performance, and driving automation, cost optimization, and compliance across UFC, WWE, IMG, PBR, and OLE brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT field.
• 12+ years of enterprise infrastructure operations experience.
• Proven track record leading global hybrid IT ops (cloud + on-prem).
• Hands-on with ITSM, SRE, and automation programs.
• Excellent executive communication and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24×7 global infrastructure operations across enterprise and event environments.
• Oversee vendor management and service delivery with key partners.
• Develop and enforce ITSM, SRE, and automation programs.
• Govern budgets, FinOps, and cost optimization efforts.
• Ensure SOX/ITGC, GDPR compliance and disaster recovery readiness.
