Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure Operations to lead global 24x7 IT infrastructure across enterprise and event environments.

You will drive reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance while building a greenfield, hybrid platform post-separation from Endeavor. In this executive role, you will manage vendor performance, champion ITSM processes, establish SLOs/SLIs, and mentor a high‑performing global team.

Qualifications

• Leadership of global, mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM and ITSM tools.
• Familiar with Okta, Entra ID, M365, Box, Zoom, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to lead incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead global 24×7 infrastructure operations across endpoint, collaboration, and identity platforms.
• Serve as Incident Commander for high-severity outages and drive post-incident reviews.
• Mature ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and drive service-level accountability.
• Develop and enforce SLOs/SLIs, capacity standards, and error budgets.
• Oversee reliability engineering (SRE) and automation initiatives to reduce toil.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for key partners.
• Govern budgets, FinOps cost optimization, and identify efficiency gains.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Audit on SOX/ITGC, GDPR compliance.
