Job summary

Sectigo is seeking a transformational Vice President, Infrastructure & Operations to lead and modernize our global infrastructure organization. This leader will drive reliability, cost efficiency, and engineering collaboration across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments, aligning with product priorities and business outcomes.

You will build a scalable, 24x7 operating model, advance DevOps, AI‑enabled operations, and focus on reducing technical debt while delivering measurable improvements

Responsibilities

• Establish a modern infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with Sectigo’s business and product priorities.
• Build a measurable operating model based on availability, service levels, incident trends, MTTR, change performance, capacity, cost, and customer impact.
• Modernize the organization through automation, AI-enabled operations, and improved tooling.
• Remove barriers between infrastructure and engineering by expanding DevOps practices and embedding infrastructure capabilities closer to product teams.
• Develop a scalable global operating model, including appropriate 24×7 capabilities and greater use of global delivery centers.
• Improve infrastructure economics while maintaining or improving reliability and security.
• Accelerate the reduction of technical debt, including unsupported operating systems, security patching gaps, legacy platforms, and resilience risks.
• Create a culture that takes ownership of business outcomes rather than simply fulfilling infrastructure requests.
• Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
