Uline, a North America’s leading distributor, seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure to shape and execute the technology strategy powering our business. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead infrastructure operations across North America, driving modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to support growth with reliable, scalable technology, and you will build a high-performing leadership team focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of IT infrastructure leadership in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading mission-critical infrastructure operations across multiple sites.
• Experience managing a large-scale data center.
• Strong track record of collaboration to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across North America supporting mission-critical supply chain and corporate systems.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure infrastructure supports strategic priorities and operational success.
• Define and execute Uline’s technology infrastructure strategy aligned to business growth and long-term objectives.
• Drive modernization across data center, cloud, network and end-user environments to improve scalability, reliability and efficiency.
• Guide infrastructure investment planning, balancing resiliency, performance and cost effectiveness.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, succession planning and continuous improvement.
