Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior credit professional to manage a portfolio of infrastructure and data center finance clients. You will partner with relationship managers, lead loan structuring, and drive risk-adjusted financing solutions across project finance and tax equity.

You will mentor associates, lead underwriting, and develop comprehensive credit packages to support loan decisions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, working across multiple product

Qualifications

10+ years in commercial banking or finance with significant credit, tax equity, infrastructure/energy project finance experience.
Experience in data center financing.
Strong financial modeling and risk analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with relationship management to assess clients' credit needs and create solutions
Lead loan structure conversations and negotiates loan documentation with clients and internal/external partners
Drive credit and risk approval processes for new credit originations, renewals, increases, and modifications
Lead ongoing monitoring efforts for a portfolio of clients in compliance with regulations, policy and procedure
Drive the growth of funded loans and revenue while mitigating risks and maintaining asset quality
Mentor and support associates and junior staff
Lead underwriting and documentation of project finance and other credit facilities for client needs and bank objectives
Lead financial modeling, industry/economic analyses to support loan decisions
Prepare comprehensive credit approval packages with written justification and supporting documentation
