Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience owning supplier relationships with technical assessment and negotiation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% for vendor on-site visits.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled data and U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own suppliers end to end, identify sources, run RFQs, and manage relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, capacity commitments, lead times, and service terms.
• Develop should-cost and clean-sheet models and analyze BOM costs.
• Secure capacity ahead of ramp and map supply network lead times.
• Engage engineering for DFM feedback and supply risk mitigation.
• Escalate blockers and drive supplier issues to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with origin, export controls, and defense regulations.
