Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Platforms to lead global services across networking, cloud, identity, endpoint management, and security. The role focuses on delivering secure, reliable platforms and driving strategic initiatives with IT leadership.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cross‑regional leadership, and coordinating complex modernization plans to meet approved business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of infrastructure experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing a department or multiple infrastructure disciplines, including budget and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Establish departmental objectives, operating procedures, work plans, and performance expectations in line with IT strategy.
• Translate roadmaps into operational plans, resource assignments, and schedules.
• Manage reliable and secure delivery of enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, data center, identity platforms, endpoint management, and server services.
• Plan and deliver cloud migrations, platform upgrades, and infrastructure rationalization.
• Oversee budget, suppliers, contracts, and cost optimization activities.
• Lead and develop infrastructure professionals across regions and teams.
