Cruit Group represents a leading global law firm seeking an Information Governance Specialist to shape and execute the enterprise IG program. You will ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality obligations, security frameworks, regulations, and internal policies.

The role bridges technology, risk, and legal operations, coordinating with Information Security, Legal Risk, and Business Services to manage the lifecycle of electronic records, from intake to defensible disposition, and to advise

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, legal studies, risk management, compliance, records management.
• 5+ years in information governance or legal technology within a law firm.
• Experience with DMS platforms such as iManage, LegalKEY, LegalRM.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, retention, and information security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and analytics tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee matter mobility workflows and secure client file transfers.
• Implement and enforce Global Records Retention and Disposition Policy.
• Manage personnel departure workflows and access control.
• Lead large-scale data retention, audits, and migrations.
• Advise attorneys on data protection and retention best practices.
• Drive DMS adoption and ensure compliant storage locations.
