Zusammenfassung

Clayton Services is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Spring, TX to lead procurement activities for industrial equipment and energy infrastructure projects. The role covers supplier management, RFQ execution, purchase orders, and coordination of international logistics to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The position reports to the Procurement Department and requires 5–10 years in procurement, EPC/EPCM project exposure, and strong negotiational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5–10 years of procurement or related experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial equipment procurement and EPC/EPCM projects preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage procurement activities for industrial equipment, materials, components, and subcontracted services.
• Develop RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and prepare bid comparisons.
• Identify and engage domestic and international suppliers.
• Administer purchase orders and procurement agreements.
• Coordinate international logistics including import/export and Incoterms.
• Support engineering and project teams on technical specifications and delivery requirements.
• Track schedules, milestones, and supplier commitments; expedite as needed.
• Review supplier quotations, terms, warranties, and insurance requirements.
