Job summary

Clair Global is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing of IT equipment and services, working with customers on orders and preparing RFIs and RFPs. The role involves reviewing contracts and SLAs, tracking procurement data, and coordinating delivery and installation of IT products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business major and at least three years of experience in IT procurement or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Source activities to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings.
• Negotiate with multiple vendors to obtain best pricing.
• Review contracts, terms, and service level agreements.
• Develop RFPs and conduct due diligence on vendor responses.
• Input and track procurement data.
• Coordinate delivery, installation, upgrades, and changes of IT products.
• Review procurement items for categorization, pricing, and information accuracy.
• Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and issue Purchase Orders.
• Quote and manage structured orders directly with customers.
• Maintain pricing models for equipment and services.
• Manage standard product configurations for typical orders.
• Maintain inventory of in-stock equipment.
• Track lifecycle of contracts for equipment and cloud services.
