Qualifications

• At least three years of IT procurement or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing to evaluate supplier pricing and offerings.
• Negotiate with multiple vendors for best pricing.
• Review contracts, terms, and SLAs.
• Develop RFPs and conduct due diligence on vendor responses.
• Input and track procurement data.
• Coordinate delivery, installations, upgrades and changes of IT equipment.
• Review items for categorization, pricing and catalog accuracy.
• Manage daily IT hardware/software requests and issue Purchase Orders as needed.
• Quote and manage structured orders directly with customers.
• Maintain pricing models for equipment and services.
• Manage standard product configurations for typical orders.
• Inventory IT equipment and track lifecycle of contracts for equipment and cloud services.
