Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead the development and maintenance of the Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Program. You will provide technical leadership to ensure IH compliance across ventures and acquisitions, and align with international standards.

You will engage with global and local stakeholders, drive risk assessments, and embed AI into IH processes while guiding training, dashboards, and third-party verifiers to strengthen safety culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Health & Safety and/or Environmental Science.
• Certificate in IH or related field preferred.
• Experience with Ventures and Acquisitions integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain the Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Program.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE laws and regulations related to industrial hygiene.
• Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation plans during Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration.
• Assist in creation and improvement of HSE Policies and Procedures.
• Lead root cause analyses for occupational health/exposure incidents.
• Identify and develop IH training needs for employees.
• Embed AI into IH processes where possible.
• Contribute to global HSE tools, sites and dashboards including ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks.
• Engage with stakeholders to implement IH processes and drive compliance.
• Manage special projects for continual improvement.
