Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Industrial Hygienist to design, implement, and manage the enterprise-wide IH program. You will lead a team of certified IHs, conduct exposure assessments, and guide hazard control strategies across facilities.

The role requires in-depth OSHA knowledge, strong data analysis skills, and experience with IH monitoring equipment. Hybrid work in Georgia with travel as needed and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial hygiene or occupational health and safety.
• Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and exposure limits.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage the industrial hygiene program across the enterprise.
• Supervise a team of certified industrial hygienists conducting exposure monitoring and hazard identification.
• Provide IH expertise to departments, projects, and contractors.
• Review IH policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
