Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead the development and maintenance of the IH program, ensuring compliance with local IH laws and Accenture policies. You will support M&A activities, drive continuous improvement, train staff, and embed AI in IH processes while coordinating with global teams and third-party verifiers.

The role requires strong leadership, IH expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Health & Safety and/or Environmental Science.
• Experience in IH program development and regulatory compliance.
• Certifications in IH or HSE preferred (e.g., CIH, CSP, NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and maintain Global HSE Industrial Hygiene Program.
• Ensure compliance with local IH laws and regulations.
• Support due diligence and post-merger integration IH risk assessments.
• Lead training for IH activities and AI integration where applicable.
• Coordinate with global teams and external verifiers (ISNetworld, Avetta, etc.).
