Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to design, implement, and manage the enterprise-wide industrial hygiene program. You will oversee exposure assessments and hazard controls across chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic stressors, directing certified industrial hygienists in monitoring, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires advanced OSHA knowledge, CIH/CSP preferred, and a strong healthcare setting background.

• Experience with exposure monitoring equipment and sampling methods.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
