Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSE-related field or engineering.
• 6+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing; pharma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO standards and GMP/FDA/EMA requirements.
• Lead incident investigations for accidents, near misses, spills, and exposures; determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, response planning, and drills; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver HSE training on PPE, LOTO, chemical hygiene, and environmental regulations while embedding HSE controls in design and operations.
