Job summary

WNC Corp. in Milpitas, CA, is seeking an accomplished Industrial Engineer Leader to drive global plant development and manufacturing optimization across multi-site operations.

You will implement Lean, Six Sigma, MES/SFCS, and OEE improvements, mentor cross-functional teams, and align resources to improve throughput and cost efficiency while advancing a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in industrial engineering with large-scale manufacturing.
• 8+ years leadership managing cross-functional or cross-regional teams.
• Proven overseas plant setup (greenfield) or global operations experience.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, and MES/SFCS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead new plant setup, process optimization, and standardization replication.
• Plan capacity, line balancing, and cycle time analysis.
• Implement SFCS/MES workflows and SOPs for NPI to mass production.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma; evaluate smart manufacturing and automation.
• Align multi-site strategies and optimize production costs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee OEE, budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead IE teams to achieve annual goals and mentor engineers.
• Define IE roadmaps and review engineering deliverables.
• Talent development and succession planning.
