Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks an experienced Industrial Engineer in the US Midwest to lead site-wide lean initiatives, optimize product flow, and reduce work in progress. You will identify bottlenecks, implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and office functions.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating with operations leadership, and mentoring operators and technicians to elevate performance and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of five years in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Minimum of three years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide lean activities (5S, standard work, visual management, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 8D).
• Foster professional development of facility Leads, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Lead process standardization, optimization of layouts, and product flow.
• Develop project plans, drive performance, and ensure timely completion of improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Site Leadership to build a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Provide direction to operators and technicians to build capability.
