Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an Automation Project Coordinator to manage global automation initiatives across multiple facilities. You will coordinate intake, scope, scheduling, and execution while supporting installation, commissioning, and startup of automation systems in office and industrial environments.

The role emphasizes developing dashboards and KPI reports, collaborating with engineering, operations, and site stakeholders to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/instrumentation/automation engineering or related field.
• PM certification and OSHA certifications preferred.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global automation project initiation, prioritization, scheduling and execution tracking.
• Develop dashboards, forecasts, KPI reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Support installation, commissioning and startup of automation systems across sites.
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation documentation for project needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Standardize deployment processes, templates, and project documentation.
