Job summary

LotusWorks Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage global automation initiatives. You will coordinate scope, site assessments, proposals, and resource planning across multiple facilities, and support installation, commissioning, and startup of automation systems.

The role requires strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with experience in PLC/SCADA environments, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred; PLC/SCADA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global industrial automation initiatives across sites.
• Develop dashboards, forecasts, KPI reports, and performance metrics.
• Support installation, commissioning, startup, and field verification of automation systems.
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation documentation to support execution.
• Maintain project documentation and deployment status updates.
• Ensure compliance with site safety and project specifications.
