Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting.
• CPA, JD, or Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Directors are required to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
• Project managers will oversee the overall project and deliverables.
• Support business development activities at clients.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries from the State and other tax authorities.
• Lead client relationships and gather information to perform tax services.
• Lead team members to resolve client problems in the preparation process.
• Understand client operations and business objectives for engagements.
• Attend professional development and training sessions regularly.
• Directors oversee numerous client projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Lead professional development and training sessions regularly.
• Business development – lead sales presentations for existing and prospective clients.
