You will collaborate with the Partnership Tax team, drive quality, and identify tax savings opportunities while maintaining strong client service.

From day one, you’ll have high-quality tools and support to excel, mentor staff, and manage engagements across industries. This role requires leadership and a proactive, client-focused approach.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• Minimum ten years of progressive tax compliance or consulting experience in public accounting or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and review complex partnership tax returns and provide tax consulting.
• Mentor professionals and develop staff on tax projects.
• Oversee multiple client service teams and manage engagements to budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and manage deadlines.
