Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Senior Global Indirect Sourcing Category Manager to own the sourcing strategy for transportation and logistics with a spend exceeding $300M annually across truckload, LTL, parcel, intermodal, and international modes.

This senior individual contributor role partners with leaders across the organization to reduce total cost, strengthen resilience, and improve service with world-class negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in transportation/logistics sourcing or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics pricing structures, fuel surcharge programs, accessorial charges, and carrier/3PL operating models.
• Experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives with spend analyses, RFx, negotiations, contracting, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics spend, shipment profiles, supplier utilization, freight lanes and cost drivers to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end logistics sourcing initiatives including scoping, data collection, market analysis, RFx, negotiations, and implementation.
• Develop and manage a multi-year sourcing pipeline aligned with business priorities and contract expirations.
• Monitor transportation markets, capacity trends, fuel costs, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
