Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manager of International Logistics to lead import operations across FBIN companies, align product delivery with distribution centers in North America, and drive cost/service performance.

The role requires strong operational mindset and the ability to implement strategic initiatives for drayage and logistics information systems, with hybrid in-office presence in Deerfield Tue-Thu.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• 2+ years in a people leadership role.
• Strong understanding of drayage and transload services.
• Proven track record with RFP bid processes.
• Ability to multitask across multiple transportation modes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MercuryGate and InforNexus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, forwarders, and distribution centers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet delivery timelines and service expectations across FBIN.
• Oversee integration of external systems with SAP and the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance updates across various organizational levels.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve service levels and reduce transportation costs.
• Align carrier capacity strategies with internal and external customer requirements.
• Offer innovative solutions for complex transportation challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for FBIN’s drayage operations.
