Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Global Indirect Supply Chain Business Office Leader to drive performance management, standardization, and enterprise-wide transformation across indirect sourcing. You will partner with global category leaders and regional teams to deliver measurable value, cost savings, and scalable operating models.

The role focuses on establishing world-class processes, KPI management, and automation, with an initial North America emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical related field; 7+ years in supply chain/transformation preferred
• Experience leading procurement or supply chain execution for complex industrial programs
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Experience leading large-scale operational and digital transformations
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive change globally
• Experience building scalable systems, standard work, and operating models
• Strong communication and executive leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the global indirect performance management system and own enterprise KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Develop global standard work, governance frameworks, playbooks, operating procedures and controls
• Lead transformation initiatives to automate and digitize workflows and deploy AI/analytics in sourcing
• Drive savings realization through enterprise-wide programs and governance
• Lead Indirect Program Management for major industrial programs including batteries and vehicles
• Establish and sustain an operating rhythm for indirect supply chain leadership and governance forums
• Collaborate with regional teams, finance, operations, technology, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value
