You will forward interested prospects to TRM/VRM/Branches, ensure compliance and timely CRM updates, and maintain strong customer engagement.

Formación

• Experience in banking preferred; freshers are accepted.
• Knowledge of Non-Resident proposition for banking in India.
• Customer-oriented and able to capture customer financial needs.
• Ability to handle client requests via e-channels and digital tools.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve monthly and annual client acquisition targets.
• Profile customers to understand their background and financial needs.
• Explain the DBS India Proposition to prospects.
• Acquire clients and forward interested prospects to TRM/VRM/Branches.
• Ensure strict adherence to DBS sales processes and regulatory compliance.
• Accurately fill Client Connect/CRM with dispositions and remarks.
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely engagement and redressal of inquiries.
• Maintain awareness of relevant products and services to provide suitable solutions.
