Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Manager of Global Income Tax Reporting to join the Global Income Tax Reporting Team. You will work with Tax, Controllership, FP&A and Treasury to prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions, forecast effective tax rates, and model tax impacts of global legislation.

You will lead the preparation of tax disclosures, manage tax accounting calculations, and help ensure internal controls and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ASC740 income tax accounting or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with ASC 740, GAAP and tax disclosures; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global income tax reporting and related audits.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision and disclosures.
• Coordinate with Tax, Corporate Accounting, FP&A and Treasury teams.
• Ensure SOX controls over income tax processes are effective.
• Monitor ASC 740 developments and tax accounting policy changes.
