Cambridge Associates Ltd. seeks a Manager, Global Inclusion and Community to advance the firm’s inclusion strategy across APAC and EMEA. The role collaborates with the Office of Global Citizenship and regional teams to design and deliver inclusive programming that resonates globally while respecting local contexts.

The Associate Director will translate enterprise goals into programs, partnerships, and communications that strengthen belonging, engagement, and organizational impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in inclusion, employee engagement, CSR, community impact, or related field.
• Ability to translate strategy into effective execution.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions, workshops, or discussions.
• Strong cross-cultural competence and ability to work across regional differences.

Responsabilités

• Translate global priorities into locally relevant programs and communications.
• Develop and deliver inclusion programming and learning opportunities.
• Lead cultural awareness training and related initiatives.
• Support employee engagement through volunteerism and global citizenship initiatives.
• Build relationships with external organizations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute programs and initiatives.
• Contribute to communications raising awareness of global citizenship initiatives.
