The role partners with teams worldwide to execute events and experiences for associates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across time zones, with proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 tools, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate I&D operations and calendars for global programs.
• Plan and execute global I&D events and associate experiences.
• Coordinate learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Administer Associate Resource Groups and memberships.
• Track budgets, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Support third-party risk management for I&D vendors and programs.
