Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Global Community and Belonging to lead and embed inclusive strategies across regions. You will partner with HR and communications to advance the Belonging agenda, develop programs, and build diverse recruitment pipelines while supporting external partnerships and internal groups.

The role involves influencing senior leaders, program management, and global collaboration with up to 25% travel. BA or equivalent education is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA or similar education preferred.
• Experience building regional inclusion strategies with multicultural populations.
• Strong influencing, communication and program management skills.
• Ability to drive recruitment and engagement for diverse talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders and HR to embed and drive Belonging action plans.
• Increase inclusion leadership competency through programs and trainings.
• Create and align communications to reflect inclusion strategy principles.
• Develop partnerships to recruit diverse candidates and partners.
• Support Belonging campaigns, reporting and recognition initiatives.
• Work with Employee Resource Groups to achieve Belonging objectives.
