Job summary

Western Digital Corp. is seeking an experienced Global Incentive Program Manager to join our Total Rewards team.

This role leads the design, administration, and governance of short- and long-term incentive programs and employee recognition initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with Finance and HRIS (Workday) to build dashboards, ensure data integrity, and drive program insights, while exploring AI tools to streamline processes and improve predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive compensation experience in a large, complex corporate environment.
• End-to-end ownership of short-term and/or long-term incentive programs including design, modeling, and execution.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience building and maintaining compensation tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategy, design, and implementation of incentive programs.
• Lead end-to-end administration and governance of global incentive programs.
• Ensure incentive plan accuracy, compliance, and operational integrity.
